Research Services Staff

Amanda leads post-award operations for the College of Engineering and supervises the post-award support team. She oversees financial compliance and expenditure review for sponsored projects and provides leadership with reporting and analysis on proposal activity, awards, and research expenditures.

Britany serves as the primary post-award contact for Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science and Engineering sponsored projects. She supports account reconciliation, financial monitoring, and compliance with sponsor and university requirements.

Christiane serves as the primary post-award contact for Materials Science and Engineering sponsored projects. She provides financial oversight, account reconciliation, and guidance to ensure compliance with sponsor and university policies.

Brigette supports sponsored project administration for Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. She coordinates personnel actions, tuition payments, purchasing, travel reimbursements, and other administrative activities that facilitate research operations.

Lindsey supports sponsored project administration for Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical Engineering. She coordinates personnel actions, tuition payments, purchasing, travel reimbursements, and other administrative processes that support research activities.

Amber supports sponsored project administration for Computer Science and Engineering and Electrical Engineering. She coordinates personnel actions, tuition payments, purchasing, travel reimbursements, and other administrative processes that support research activities.

Yao supports faculty in grant management and timely submission, helps find funding opportunities, and collaborates with faculty to assemble and develop sections of large proposals. She acts as a liaison between faculty, OGCA, chairs, and deans.

Alexa reviews budgets and budget justifications, facilitates the routing of proposal approvals, and assists with uploading documents to sponsor application portals.
