Mission

The University of North Texas (UNT) and the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) are teaming up to develop packages for real-time monitoring, measurement, quantification, and analysis of biological data of warfighters in combat conditions. The team will research and develop a method to rapidly manufacture flexible electronic packages for Bio Sensors and Aeromedicine.

Objectives

1. Research, develop, produce, and demonstrate flexible wearable biosensors for human performance monitoring
2. Research and develop manufacturing technologies for flexible biosensors
3. Develop technology and algorithms for data processing and output
4. Manufacturing technology scaling, certification, and insertion for Department of Defense (DoD) services, other agencies, and public emergency response providers (firefighters, medical personnel, police, border patrols, patients, etc.)
