With more than 16 faculty working collaboratively across the college and university, our expertise in intelligent mobility is changing the future of how we live and work in our day-to-day lives. Our research in unmanned aircraft systems is shaping the way we think about emergency response, traffic management and communication, aerospace, and defense. Research in connected autonomous vehicles is finding ways to advance our methods and technologies in smart transportation and machine learning. With funding and support from the National Science Foundation, Army Research Laboratory and NASA, along with industry partners like Bell and Tribologix, UNT Engineering is finding ways to bring impactful engineering to life.
