The Digital Health Research and Training Program for Science Teachers provides immersive summer research training for teachers who want to connect STEM teaching with real-world healthcare innovation. Participants work alongside faculty mentors in active research environments and gain experience in digital health, biosignal analysis, embedded systems, medical imaging, wearable devices, and AI-driven healthcare applications. Through structured workshops, collaborative projects, and curriculum design support, teachers leave the program with new technical skills, classroom-ready materials, and a stronger pathway for introducing students to careers in biomedical engineering, healthcare AI, and digital health technology.
