Our TA, IA, TF and Peer Mentor staff are here to help. Below, you can find their available hours to help students with any related activity involving your course.

The office locations can be found in the following areas:

Discovery Park

Discovery Park E247 (second floor, E-wing). We offer 10 different cubicles ranging alphabetically from A-J.
Research Labs TAs, IAs, TFs, and Peer Mentors who belong to research lab groups in our department may hold their office hours in their lab rooms.

Main Campus

Main Campus GAB 330 (3rd floor). General space available for students, TAs, IAs, TFs, Peer Mentors, and faculty to find resources and hold office hours.

Virtual and UNT Frisco

Frisco Landing. (1st floor, 3rd floor, and 4th floor cubicles). General spaces available to our TAs and faculty to meet with students and complete tasks.
Virtual via Zoom or Teams.

Learning Center Tutoring

The UNT Learning Center also offers Tutoring Services for CSCE courses in Sage Hall 170, located on UNT Denton Main Campus. Teaching Fellows are front-facing personnel who lead lectures, meet with students, and manage TAs associated with their courses for the duration of the semester. TFs hold authority of their courses similarly to faculty, and can assist students directly with concerns associated with the course.

Peer Mentors

Peer Mentors focus on offering tutoring and coursework help to the students only. Courses that have peer mentors available will be advised to students by both the professor (faculty) and the Teaching Assistant (TA). Peer Mentors do not handle grading issues, accommodations or other concerns that are outside of tutoring.
