Why UNT Biomedical Engineering

Our program allows you to tailor your education to your own specialized interest by providing five areas of concentration: Bioinformatics, Biomedical Instrumentation, Biomechanics, Biotechnology, and Biomaterials. As well as a minor in mathematics and a minor in another engineering discipline of your choice, upon completion of the program.

Admissions

The priority deadline for the University of North Texas is March 1st. Students must apply to the university and once they have been admitted their application is forwarded to the College of Engineering for review.
