The primary email system for the University of North Texas is Microsoft Exchange/Outlook.
All faculty and staff have access to an email account. Mailbox size is 50GB along
with the option to maintain an email archive. The options available for archives is
a local archive or online archive.
Exchange email accounts are accesible via desktop client or web based. To login to
the web client please use firstname.lastname@unt.edu as the login ID along with current
passcode.

CENG IT Services maintains configuration of Windows and Mac based desktop clients
within the College of Engineering. For additional information regarding Smartphone
or personally owned setup please contact CENG IT Services for client configuration
