  • Led a team of fifteen organizations which demonstrated several autonomous operations in a live flight test as part of Advanced Air Mobility National Campaign, in October 2022.
  • Participated in a panel on “Advanced Air Mobility Industry Update” organized by NASA a in SAE AeroTech Conference that was held during March 14-16, 2023.
  • Gave a Ted Talk titled “Creating North Texas' First Air Corridor for Air Taxis & Air Ambulances”, in October 2022. https://tedxunt.org/
  • Led a panel on “Engaging Students in Industry research”, during  ASEE-GSW Conference, March 14-16, 2023.
  • Gave a tutorial presentation on “Wireless Federated Learning for Mobile Edge Computing” in 2022 IEEE International Conference on High Performance Switching and Routing.
  • Served as the Chair/Co-chair of the Aerial Communcations and Cognitive Radio and AI Enabled Networks symposiums of the IEEE international Communications Conference (ICC 2023) to be held in Rome Italy in May 2023.
  • Designed and developed a new course on Deep Reinforcement Learning and offered as a both Graduate and undergraduate level special topics course in Fall 2023.
