Ghosh was awarded the SPE Scholarship from the South Texas Section and Chowdhury placed third in the poster competition for his research on “Impedance & Non-Contact Based Multifunctional Polymer Textile Sensor.” Both Ghosh and Chowdhury work with Regents Professor and College of Engineering Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies Nandika D’Souza.
