UNT Beta Eta receives it’s charter certificate!

Holly Gage, Michael Stoddard and Chris Vorgert returned from the Pi Tau Sigma Convention in College Station, Texas Feb 21-23, 2014. As they write “Friday evening at the convention, there were three group sessions about running the convention, organization practices, and information on A&M graduate school. On Saturday morning, we were inducted into Pi Tau Sigma during the breakfast assembly. Later we attended the Plenary session to vote for the officers and budget updates. Before the career fair, the senior level hiring managers present hosted a Company Panel Q&A session about how mechanical engineers fit into their company. We were able to sign up and tour a few of the research labs where graduate students introduced us to their area of research. We toured Dr. Petersen's Turbo-machinery lab and Dr. Ames Bi-pedal Robotics Lab. During the Saturday evening dinner, UNT Beta Eta was presented with its charter certificate."
